We promise to

Comply with any Laws, including but not limited to local zoning, permitting, or tax laws. Zoning and use restrictions are in place to protect people, including your guests.

Accurately represent the nature, condition, and pricing of our Rooms.

Only offer Rooms that are available to book, and are ready with all the amenities.

Honor price and policies

Any rate charged to guests will be communicated honestly and openly.

Any accepted quote will be honored for 10 business days regardless of any pricing changes

Respect other people’s information

We will only use the Content provided for your booking as intended. We will not use or misuse information, images, or descriptions. We’d love a recommendation or testimonial but will not publish it until you give us permission.

Never violate others’ privacy

While there is a general expectation of host supervision during a booking to maintain safety standards, customers must disclose to their teams that cameras are usedin the venue and space. Cameras are not permitted in private areas such as bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Maintain a zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind

Discrimination against any other users, or our staff based on their race, sex, gender, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other legally protected class is illegal and strictly prohibited.

If we believe that you are not complying with any of these conditions, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
You promise to

Use our Rooms respectfully and as intended.

Use the space as your meeting was classified and agreed upon, including the maximum number of people who are allowed in the space.

Guests should not take property that isn’t theirs, use property not included with the booking without their permission, or continue to occupy the space after the booking has concluded without prior approval from a host.

Guests should use the amenities and common spaces provided as intended and with respect for others.

Never store, transport, or possess hazardous material in a Space.

This should go without saying but hazardous material can harm people and do permanent damage to Rooms. Bringing hazardous materials is not only dangerous but may be illegal, and you could face significant civil liability or criminal action for doing so.

Communicate with the host venue and other users honestly.

Guests should communicate their needs openly and accurately.

Guests may not deceive or mislead the venue host, post false or inaccurate statements, or misrepresent who you are.

Transact honestly

Users may only use the space to transact as provided for legitimate Bookings.

Payment must be done in full prior to the meeting day. Any ancillary charges from while you are in the space will be charged the day of the meeting and will be deemed earned and immediately payable. We will settle the bill before you leave the venue at the end of the meeting.

Attempting to transact when you know or believe the payment or payout is invalid, may result in suspension or termination of your account as well as fines. We reserve the right to pursue reimbursement for any processing fees as well as penalties for declined cards.

Get photography approval

You are welcome to take photos for personal use, for your team, and for your company. We love when our guests post and tag us! PLease ask and we can help with pictures.

Clients must obtain approval for any photography or filming of the space, staff or other customers for commercial use.

Clients must provide a COI for any large production equipment in the space.

Not encourage or endorse illegal or dangerous behavior.

You may not endorse or promote illegal or harmful activities, including obscene content or encouraging activity that may lead to other users harm.

While use of marijuana is or may become legal in some jurisdictions, it is strictly prohibited under federal law and may not be grown, sold, distributed or used in any of our venues. Customers will also comply with all Laws related to alcohol and other controlled substances.

Not harm, intimidate, harass, or threaten other users, venue staff, our company or our brand

You are prohibited from doing anything that may harm or intimidate users or staff or interfere with their use of the space. This includes threatening or harassing others; posting undeserved or disproportionate reviews, or reviews that do not reflect your experience; attempting to extort other users for discounts or favorable reviews; or threatening legal action.

Anyone threatening our company, or our employees will be removed from the premises, and reported to law enforcement. You may not engage in behavior or in a manner that violates this Term of Use Agreement or harms, dilutes, or misuses our brand.

Not share personal or dispute information

For your protection, you should not share personal or sensitive information about yourself with anyone other than your host or the booking platform. This includes your home address, phone number, payment information, or other sensitive information that could lead to fraud or identity theft. This may be a safety risk to you and others.

You may also not post or publicly disclose any details about an ongoing dispute between you and another user or our company or staff.

Not engage in any illegal activities

You are prohibited from hosting or engaging in illegal activity including but not limited to: sexual/physical assault, sexual abuse, harassment, robbery, human trafficking, kidnapping, or other acts of violence. We have a zero tolerance policy and will report all crimes and illegal activity to the proper authorities.

Misrepresent themselves

No one should provide a false name, phone number, address, listing description, or event description.

You shall not create an account if you’re under the age of 18.

Not disturb neighbors or common areas
-
You should not utilize or damage common areas. You should obtain special permits where necessary and make parking arrangements as needed so that it does not impede the access of others in surrounding areas. You should not create a nuisance for those neighboring the space or others around you. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave and may incur fines or penalties.
Any deviation from these policies by any client or guest may result in immediate termination of the meeting, and/or legal action against the client
